The 9th Shrimp & Grits Fest in Columbia is expected to be a lively occasion that provides a stage for neighborhood eateries to compete and for the community to take advantage of a range of shrimp and grits meals, live music, and other activities. The event has an exciting new dimension with the dual competition structure, where the best dishes are determined by both judges and attendees.

On Saturday, June 22nd, Columbia will host its 9th Shrimp & Grits Fest, where local restaurants will vie for the title of “Columbia’s Best Shrimp & Grits” as decided by a panel of judges, and the “People’s Choice” award. Tickets offer attendees unlimited samples of shrimp and grits from participating restaurants, door prizes, and live music from Prettier Than Matt.
