(Columbia, S.C.) – Flock and Rally, a full-service communications and marketing agency based in Columbia, South Carolina, is pleased to announce that it has expanded its team with the hiring of Jamie Muldrow as senior communications strategist and Anna Gatch as junior project manager.
“We are pleased to add two incredibly talented professionals to our team,” says Merritt McNeely, chief executive officer of Flock and Rally. “We have no doubt that their knack for creative strategy and storytelling will elevate our work and create exceptional campaigns.”
Jamie Muldrow, a communications and marketing professional from Lexington, S.C., has joined Flock and Rally as senior communications strategist. In this role, she serves as an account supervisor and public relations lead on several of the firm’s clients, including the BullStreet District, Hotel Trundle, KRJ Consulting, Tipping Point, Holt Engineering, St. Pat’s in Five Points and more.
With more than a decade of professional experience, Muldrow began her career as a promotions director for seven radio stations in the Columbia market, where she focused on developing and executing promotional strategies, event coordination and community engagement. Following two years as the business manager for The Ad Agency, Jamie moved into the nonprofit sector, working eight years for the American Red Cross. Most recently, she served as a member of the marketing team at Pink Lotus Yoga Center in Lexington, where she also taught family and adult yoga classes.
Muldrow earned a bachelor’s degree in advertising from the University of South Carolina. She is also a Leadership Columbia graduate, past chair of the Columbia Chamber of Commerce Marketing Communications Committee, and former advertising chair of the Carolina Carillon Holiday Parade Committee.
Anna Gatch, a creative strategic communications professional from Columbia, S.C., joined Flock and Rally full time in May 2023. As junior project manager, Gatch manages the production and coordination of creative assets for various marketing and branding campaigns, including projects for Hotel Trundle, Chapin Commercial Construction, The Beverly Grove, Flock and Rally marketing and more. She also supports the agency’s account supervisors to ensure all work produced for the client aligns with its brand standards, visual and messaging guidelines, and approved campaign creative elements.
Before starting her new position, Gatch served as a Flock and Rally intern for nearly two years, where she grew her skills in social media management, copywriting and brand strategy research. The internship gave her an opportunity to be immersed in the day-to-day of a full-service creative agency and gain hands-on experience in the communications field.
Gatch holds a master’s degree in mass communications and a bachelor’s degree in public relations from the University of South Carolina.
